Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging (including hangers, dust bags, etc., if applicable).
Non-returnable items include:
- Undergarments, swimwear, or socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase)
- Digital downloads or customized products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the return value. Once the return is received, we’ll send you a digital gift card.
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
How to Return

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
